A far-left group showed up at the home of Fox News host Tucker Carlson in Washington in the dark and started shouting threats of violence.

Three videos posted by the group, Smash Racism DC, showed members demanding that Carlson leave town and included the chants, “Tucker Carlson, we will fight!” and “We know where you sleep at night!” In a post, the group added: “Tonight, we remind you that you are not safe.”

Smash Racism DC is the same group that harassed Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) at a Washington restaurant in September, forcing Cruz and his wife to leave the establishment.

Mike Isaacson, the co-founder of the group, has openly called for violence before, similar to the far-left Antifa extremist group. On his Twitter account, he said recently: “Not a fan of demonstrating how docile the left is compared to the right for the sake of moral high ground. It’s high time for revenge.”

In a tweet on Nov. 6, he added: “A good society is one where white nationalists are afraid to go outside. Where Nazis are always wondering: ‘Is 2day the day they come 4 me?’”

“And an even better day is the day when the answer 2 that? is yes...yes sweetie. Today. Enjoy that last tat. It’s all downhill from here,” he added.

The group claimed that Carlson “has close ties to white supremacists” and that he’s been “spewing nonstop hate and lies about the migrant caravan.”

The agitators didn’t provide evidence of their claims about Carlson, a former CNN reporter whose Fox News show is one of the most popular news shows on cable television.

In another chant, the group said: “No borders! No walls! No USA at all!”

Twitter left the videos up for hours before finally taking them down after pressure from users. The Smash Racism DC account was later suspended, although it hadn’t been after the Cruz incident, which some said clearly violated Twitter’s terms of service. Isaacson’s personal account is still up.

Fear for Wife and Children

Carlson said that he was at the Fox News office in Washington when neighbors texted him about the commotion.
He told Fox that his wife and four children shouldn’t have to deal with such aggression while in their own home.

“Here’s the problem, I have four children,” he said. “I never thought twice about leaving them home alone, but this is the reaction because this group doesn’t like my TV show.”

“I called my wife,” Carlson added to the Washington Post. “She had been in the kitchen alone getting ready to go to dinner and she heard pounding on the front door and screaming. ... Someone started throwing himself against the front door and actually cracked the front door.”

She believed it was a home invasion and locked herself in the pantry and called 911. None of the couple’s children were home at the time.

Lt. Jon Pongratz with the Metropolitan Police Department of D.C. said that police officers responded within a few minutes after receiving a call at about 6:30 p.m. No one was arrested even though videos showed some of them trespassing on Carlson’s property.

Carlson told Fox he doesn’t mind being confronted in public but told the Post this time the radicals had gone too far.

“I don’t think I should be threatened in our house. I think I should fight back, and I plan to,” he said. “I’m not going to be bullied and intimidated.”
