For a limited time, Disneyland is offering Anaheim residents $69 daily theme park tickets for use between Aug. 5 to Sept. 26 in celebration of the park’s 69th anniversary, which is July 17.
Tickets are on sale now. Purchasers must show they are a resident of Anaheim by showing a valid government-issued photo ID.
The park opened on July 17, 1955. Today, guests celebrated the park’s anniversary with a birthday party, according to Disneyland’s website.
For the anniversary offer, Anaheim residents can purchase for $35 more a Park Hopper—usually $70—and gain access to both Disneyland and California Adventure.
Regular tickets start at $96 and can cost as much as $194 for one day.
Park reservations are limited and subject to availability, per the Disney website.
Last October, Disneyland raised prices to $1,649 for its Inspire Key; $1,249 for the Believe Key; $849 for the Enchant Key; and $499 for the Imagine Key. Each is good for one year and allows purchasers to visit the park within a set range of dates.
