HANOVER, N.H.—Democratic presidential front-runner Joe Biden came to New Hampshire this past weekend drawing contrasts to his rivals and touting himself as the candidate best positioned to beat President Donald Trump in November 2020.

Biden crisscrossed the state to make four different campaign stops from Hanover to Keene on Aug. 23 and Aug. 24 before attending a fundraiser in New York City. The trip was vintage Biden: folksy anecdotes, lots of handshakes, and a few gaffes.
