In August, a man opened fire and shot two people dead and later killed himself during a gaming tournament in downtown Jacksonville. That shooting was about two miles from the Oct. 21 shooting, ClickOrlando reported. Video footage that shows the shooting during the Madden tournament went viral. David Katz was identified as the suspect in the case, and he had a history of mental illness and was prescribed anti-psychotic pills, according to reports at the time.

Other details about the shooting are not clear.
