2 Los Angeles Men Arrested for Suspected Robbery in Newport Beach

Two Los Angeles men were arrested on July 27 on suspicion of robbing a business near Fashion Island in Newport Beach, California.

Police were dispatched at around 1 p.m. to a robbery in a business in the 600 block of Newport Center Drive, according to Heather Rangel, a spokeswoman for the Newport Beach Police Department.

One suspect was detained in a parking lot in front of the business and another was arrested in the store, Ms. Rangel said.

Calvin Maxwell Webb, 25, and Felton Levoy Binns, 26, were booked on suspicion of grand theft and conspiracy, Ms. Rangel said.
