Former world number one Novak Djokovic will miss the U.S. Open after he said on Aug. 25 that he will not be able to travel to New York for the tournament because he is not vaccinated against COVID-19.
Current rules require foreign travelers to show proof of full vaccination to board flights to and enter the United States.
