Titanic Memorial
The service included flower-laying and musical performances to mark the 100th anniversary of the Titanic’s sinking, just a few hundred miles from Halifax. The unknown child was positively identified in 2007 as 19-month-old English boy Sidney Goodwin, whose parents and five siblings died in the Titanic disaster.
