This comes a year after one of the school’s six-year-old students shot and injured a teacher with a 9mm handgun.

A man attempted to enter a Jewish school in Memphis, Tennessee, opening fire when he was unable to gain entry. Authorities said the man was shot by an officer at a later time and taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
