Eddie Cornell was at home in New Brunswick, Canada, in 2022 when he heard chatter of a trucker’s convoy making its way to Ottawa to protest COVID restrictions.

Following a federal court ruling against the Canadian government for using the Emergencies Act during the trucker convoy, several plaintiffs plan to sue.
