NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J.—Bert Baron, Public Information Officer for the city of New Brunswick, felt Shen Yun Performing Arts was doing much to spread kindness to his city and around the world.
“It’s just an incredible experience. The costumes, the music, the feeling that you get, it’s so encapsulating. It’s so overwhelming. It’s good versus evil, and it’s just a reminder of just how much good exists in this world today,” said Mr. Baron after seeing Shen Yun at the State Theatre New Jersey on March 22.
Mr. Baron said he saw a positive message in Shen Yun.
“It’s an important message of spirituality and love and the importance of just being kind,” he said. “Let’s just be kind to one another. And this message and this show reminds us of the importance of the message of simple kindness.”
Mr. Baron highly recommended the performance, believing it would benefit many.
“This is a show that everybody, no matter where you are in the world, young, old, whatever, see this show and you'll just get this feeling of love and passion and peace and realize just how much joy exists in the world today,” Mr. Baron said.
To the artists, he wanted to express his gratitude.
“Thank you so much for your talent, and your energy, and your belief, and what you bring to the stage around the world every night. We’re so honored and so privileged to be welcomed into your world, and thank you,” he said.
“I think anytime you’re, you have a belief and you have a conviction, stand for that. And people will stand together and believe in you and believe in one another. And when people work together, it’s amazing what they can accomplish,” he said.
Mr. Baron also congratulated Shen Yun on behalf of the mayor’s office, which had declared the days Shen Yun was performing in New Brunswick as Shen Yun Performing Arts Days.
