MILAN—This city is known for its fashion and art. Shen Yun Performing Arts has shown the people of Milan that Chinese culture is also beautiful, even perfection in its own way.

“It is beautiful. Unquestionably. The dancers—a perfection in dancing. Truly remarkable. The message they conveyed can be a universal discourse, it is not a religious discourse. They talk about a Creator who created the world. And any religion talks about the Creator. So it is a universal message, in my opinion,” said Roberto Dolcera, an entrepreneur.

Shen Yun is based in New York and its mission is to revive 5,000 years of Chinese civilization. The performance is a representation of everything that was beautiful before communist China.

“I found it to be very elevating. Taking the show just for what it is, there is a message of elegance, of beauty, and universality.

Some people are sensitive to the energies that are present in Shen Yun and Nicole Dolcera is one of them.

“I feel the energy. The dancers certainly transmitted to us this charge, this energy, this desire to go back to the origins as well,” she said, also an entrepreneur.

Shen Yun’s performance is well rehearsed, and that did not go unnoticed by Mr. Dolcera.

“Beautiful, really good, very prepared, you really notice the preparation. Obviously, it comes from the experience of continuous work,” he said.

Having done business in China, Mr. Dolcera has experienced firsthand the dictatorship of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

“I was in China on business, and I had to stop by and visit the Communist Party headquarters, because if I wanted to get on with what I wanted to do, I had to, in a way, subject myself to what their regime wanted,” he said.
