“The production transpires like a fairy tale, and the choreography is beautiful but more than that, it was a bridge to the divine,” said Mr. Casciarri.
“All of it was beauty. Fantastic orchestra, fantastic music. The soprano was also fantastic. The text they sung was fantastic. The tenor’s song was also beautiful,” he said.The erhu is one of the most important Chinese instruments, with thousands of years of history.
“The lady playing the erhu was fantastic. The two-stringed instrument could do everything,” said Mr. Casciarri.
Falun Dafa teaches its followers to live by the principles of truth, compassion and tolerance.
“I think the world needs truth, compassion and tolerance, too, but truth and compassion most importantly,” said Mr. Casciarri.
Before the persecution began in 1999, the popularity of Falun Dafa had grown to 100 million people. Society in China was benefiting from an honest, hardworking, and healthy population but the head of state at the time grew jealous that Falun Dafa’s popularity had surpassed that of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and hence he launched a brutal persecution that is still going on today.
“Everyone in the world should practice Falun Dafa. If everyone did, then the world would not be in its current state,” expressed Mr. Casciarri.
Mr. Casciarri shared that the performance was inspirational to his work and his life.
“What a wonderful experience. I will recommend it to my loved ones,” he said.
