What are the benefits of Epoch Rewards Points?

– You can earn points on actions you take every day — like becoming a subscriber or referring a friend. Every 10 points is equal to $1 worth of gift cards or more.

What rewards can I redeem and what are the requirements?

– There are different requirements for each reward. You can find out by clicking the “Get it (unlock)” button.

Are points refundable after purchase?

– No, all rewards purchases are final.

What if my Gift Card code doesn’t work?

Where can I spend Epoch Times Subscription Gift Cards?

– You can use it for your next occurring subscription payment for web, newspaper and magazine subscription.

Please note: App subscribers (those who subscribed to The Epoch Times via The Epoch Times mobile app) are unable to redeem Epoch Times Subscription Gift Cards towards their App subscriptions.

Do points expire?

– The points you’ve earned won’t expire as long as we have this program. Once in a while you might receive limited time gifted points, but those will be indicated.

How do I redeem my points for a product?

– Click on any of the products and click ‘Get it’. Then you will find the product appear in your ‘My Rewards’ section. Click on ‘How to use?’ for more details on redemption for that specific product.

To ACTIVATE your account:
1. You must be a paid subscriber
2. Be sure you are logged into your Epoch Times account
3. Go to My Rewards in Epoch Rewards
4. Click on Redeem under Reader Perks and then click Open

To ACCESS your Reader Perks account:
1. Go to https://reader-perks.com/
2. Click ‘Login’
3. Enter your Epoch Times account email. (Note: You do NOT need to enter your phone number)

Your account may take up to 12 hours to fully activate. If there are still issues after 12 hours, you may contact [email protected]. Your Reader Perks membership will continue to be active along with your active Epoch Times membership.
