Oscar-winning director and actor Clinton Eastwood turned 82 on Thursday, but his 46-year-old wife and E! reality star Dina Eastwood told E! Online that “Clint does not do holidays or gifts.”
“So if you don’t give him a gift he gives you a big kiss and says, ‘Thank you so much for not giving me a gift.’”
Eastwood rose to fame as a supporting cast member of TV series “Rawhide,” which was broadcast on the CBS network from 1959 to 1965. He later starred in western “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly during the late 1960s and as Harry Callahan in the Dirty Harry films.
Eastwood has most recently appeared as Walt Kowalski in the 2008 drama “Gran Torino.” He is also starring alongside Amy Adams and John Goodman in “Trouble with the Curve,” which is set for a release on Sept. 28.
Eastwood has been married twice with three children. He has been with Dina Eastwood since 1996.
