Nicole Eggert hospitalized: Nicole Eggert, of ABC’s Splash, was injured after a dive and went to see a doctor, but was not hospitalized as rumored.

Nicole Eggert told her fans through Twitter on Saturday that she did “have swelling and bruising on my back and kidneys,” after a taping of Splash on Wednesday.

She thanked her fans for the outpouring of love, but said she was not hospitalized.

Eggert, 41, had “a bad landing,” when she attempted a high dive that included multiple back flips, a spokesperson for the show told E! News. Emergency medical technicians pulled her from the water, reports E! News.

Katherine Webb, Eggerts co-star and Miss Alabama USA 2012, had to quit the show on doctor’s orders last week.

“I went to the doctor, and unfortunately, he told me I’m out of the competition,”  the 23-year-old said in an episode that aired April 17.

“Thank you guys for all the support! Means so much. Love you guys,” Web Tweeted on April 16.
