Helping Parents With Children in Foster Care
The New York Social Services has created a new program, The Parent Advocate Initiative (PAI), to re-engage birth parents with their children and improve their own situation.

DOWN AND OUT, UP AND AT 'EM: Felicia Alleyne-Davis hit an all-time low when she lost her child to foster care because of her alcoholism. Her resilience and love for her child helped her to bounce back.
