The final steel beam was installed at the top of 4 World Trade Center Monday morning. The office building, located at 150 Greenwich St., is the first completed of four new buildings at the World Trade Center site.
The cable on a crane carrying metal beams to the top of 4 World Trade Center snapped on Thursday morning, sending its load crashing right back onto the truck it hoisted it from.

In the 1930’s, the Chrysler Tower was the tallest building in New York City. However, the Empire State Building, New York Times Tower, and Bank of America Tower, have since bumped the historic Chrysler into third place for domination of the sky in New York City.
The stairs that led many World Trade Center workers to safety during the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001 moved to a new home on Thursday in the National September 11 Memorial & Museum that is now under construction.
