These Are the Five Women on the New $10 Bill
The replacement of Andrew Jackson by Harriet Tubman wasn’t the only makeover that our currency received. The new $10 bill will feature five prominent suffragettes on its back. The Treasury Department will honor the 1913 suffragette march and Susan B. Anthony, Alice Paul, Sojourner Truth, Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Lucretia Mott with the change.
