The city of Jerusalem has posted a series of action hero photos of its mayor on Facebook after the mayor intervened to stop a knife attack on city streets.

The mayor of Jerusalem became the story on Sunday when he helped stop a knife-wielding man from attacking city residents.

Jerusalem’s mayor on Thursday called for a crackdown against a wave of Palestinian unrest, as police beefed up security after a Palestinian motorist with a history of anti-Israel violence slammed his car into a crowded light rail train station and killed a baby girl.
