‘The attack in Jordan was planned, resourced, and facilitated by an umbrella group called the Islamic Resistance in Iraq,’ said NSC spokesperson John Kirby.

White House national security spokesman John Kirby said President Biden would ‘do what he has to do’ to degrade the threat to U.S. troops in the Middle East.

‘It requires a response, make no mistake about that,’ said National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby.

‘Still assessing what happened and how a one-way attack drone was able to impact the facility.’

The White House also confirmed their deaths on Jan. 28, vowing to respond.
