Australia’s Foreign Minister Penny Wong has urged the Israeli government to rescind it’s ban on aid agency UNRWA, saying humanitarian work must continue.

Spurred by a plea from the family of Zomi Frankcom, killed in an Israeli airstrike, Australia will work toward getting a UN declaration to protect aid workers.
