The nearly monthlong lockout of 8,000 utility workers by utility company Con Edison officially ended Thursday, following negotiations hosted by Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
Con Edison reduced its power voltage Wednesday in order to allow workers to repair equipment. The voltage was lowered for the second time this week by 5 percent in parts of Sutton Place and Midtown East.
