Beverly Timerding, M.D., has over 30 years experience in emergency medicine and research. She was a member of the Institutional Review Board at Wake Forest University and ensured appropriate safeguards in human studies. She received the Smith, Kline and French/Emergency Medicine Foundation Fellowship Award for co-authoring studies on hypovolemic shock and stroke treatment.
