Protesters gathered outside Chinese dictator Xi Jinping’s hotel throughout his stay in San Francisco for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit. On Thursday things heated up with arrests and ambulances seen coming and going. NTD’s Jason Blair reports.
