Biden Delivers Speech at the 115th NAACP National Convention

President Joe Biden will speak at the 115th National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) convention, the largest and oldest civil rights organization in the United States. This event takes place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas and begins at 4:00 p.m. ET on July 16.
