Brandi Glanville of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ detailed her latest hospital visit after being unable to move her head and neck for hours.
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Brandi Glanville is hospitalized as she continues to battle ongoing health issues with little improvement.
In a series of recent social media
posts, the 52-year-old detailed her trip to the emergency room after losing movement in her face.
“My head and neck would not move for four hours this morning. I could not get out of my bed,” she wrote on X. “I called 911 had a lovely trip in the ambulance now I am at this amazing place after sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting room for four hours.” In a separate post, she shared a photo of a medical form alongside a snapshot of her arm hooked up to IVs.
“I hate this place but should be another fun ambulance bill,” she
wrote.
This comes as the reality television star continues to struggle
with facial disfigurement, which she said was possibly stemming from a parasite. She has yet to receive an official diagnosis.
Glanville recently opened up about her symptoms, detailing that she suffers from painful lumps, tissue damage, and “acidic” drainage that is eating away at her teeth.
“I have painful lumps 1 in jaw bone area, 1 on side of neck & 1 in back of neck,” she wrote on X in March. “I have chills & a constant oily foul tasting drainage from face into mouth. It’s acidic & is eating away at my teeth, plus all of my lymph nodes in head & neck are swollen. Drs at Kaiser say I’m fine :/HELP ME.”
In December 2024, Glanville
said she has seen numerous medical professionals and undergone expensive testing over the last two years in an effort to figure out what led to the skin condition.
“Honestly, I have so many doctors and I’ve had so many tests,” she
told Entertainment Tonight at the time.
“I did lab work for $10,000. They ran every test under the sun. They’re like, ‘It could be a parasite that’s new.’”
The facial disfigurement first appeared in 2023, six months after Glanville traveled to Morocco. The podcast host and former model explained she was initially rushed to the hospital after collapsing in her home with swelling in her face and eyes.
Speaking
to Us Weekly on April 16, Glanville said she is at her “wits’ end” and has spent over $100,000 in her quest for answers.
“I’m out over six figures at this point,“ she said. ”I don’t have the means to go anywhere at this point. I’m online every day, going down a different rabbit hole. It’s exhausting. It’s all-consuming.”
