New England Patriots superstar tight end Rob Gronkowski appeared to suffer an injury during Sunday’s AFC Championship game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Gronkowski was hit in a penalized, helmet-to-helmet collision, and he was walked off the field to the locker room.

Jaguars safety Barry Church laid the hit on Gronkowski, and it drew a 15-yard penalty against Jacksonville.

He appeared to have an issue with his balance after the hit, meaning that he’ll likely go through the concussion protocol.

When he got up from the hit, he appeared shaken up.

It’s not clear if he’ll return to play, NFL.com reported.

The hit took place right before the game went to halftime.
