The popularity of Dolvett’s fitness methods inspired the launch of his own DVD Me and My Chair: The No Excuses Workout, a low-impact, high-intensity 30-minute workout system that helps users tone up and slim down while only using a household chair.”

Back before Quince started on the show, he spoke with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

About why he was doing the show, he added: “It’s such a dominant show in terms of health and fitness and truly helps people transform their lives. It’s something I’ve been doing my entire life. I can now do it on a bigger scale.”

Quince’s current net worth is unknown.

Quince does not have a daughter as sometimes rumored but lives with his son Isaiah. He has residences in Atlanta and Los Angeles. He appears to be currently single.
