The seasonal entertainments run from Nov. 11, 2022, through Jan. 8, 2023, with festival decorations, food, music, and special events.
During the holiday season, visitors will be greeted by the iconic 60-foot-tall Christmas tree at the entrance. At nighttime, the park will be decorated with lights and icicles will decorate Sleeping Beauty’s Castle.
Also on hand will be the park’s nostalgic Christmas Fantasy Parade which features marching toy soldiers, dancing gingerbread cookies, and children’s favorite characters from the Disney film Frozen, including Anna, Elsa, and Olaf.
Fireworks will also be set off nightly and magical “snowball” projections will illuminate Main Street. Holiday dance parties, with Disney characters such as Goofy and Pluto, will also be staged at Tomorrowland Terrace.
It’s a Small World and the Haunted Mansion will be transformed into holiday mode with colorful lights inside and out.
Additionally, the nighttime light show “World of Color—Season of Light” will again return to California Adventure this year, and the park will have a 50-foot-tall Christmas tree.
The park will also have nightly concerts at the Palisades Stage in the theme park’s Paradise Gardens Park.
