Devious Maids season 2 is set to premiere on April 20 on Lifetime at 10 p.m. EDT.
Spoilers have been coming out about the series, some from the network itself, as well as what executive producer Sabrina Wind told TVLine.

-Marisol
Marisol enters into a new romance, “but quickly discovers there is more than meets the eye to her new lover” according to Lifetime. Wind explained that Marisol has “a whole new life. ”We ended last season with her drive being fulfilled; she got her son out of jail. This year, she has found true love for the first time but with that comes dark stories of its own.”
-Rosie
Rosie’s immigration arrest doesn’t spell the end for her. She'll be staying in Los Angeles and will also keep it up with Spence. “In the premiere, we get to see a little more of the moments we hinted at in the finale,” Wind said. “Peri knows, but she doesn’t necessarily let on what she knows. She has also taken some big actions to keep her life in tact.”
-Carmen
Carmen is embracing her life in the limelight as the fiancée to a pop star, according to Lifetime. However, she may still be a maid. “Her future has not been set in stone,” Wind said. “The show is called Devious Maids, and we will always go back to our roots.”
-Zoila and Valentina
Zoila’s need to control everything starts to take a toll on her personal life, especially with Valentina, who is now working for a surprising new employer, according to Lifetime.
Also, Beverly Hills is hit by a wave of criminal activity that leaves its residents in a vulnerable situation.
