These popsicles are a refreshing summer treat or great to keep on hand when those germs start getting passed around. So what is the secret immune boosting ingredient, Maty’s Organic Cough Syrup. Each ingredient in the cough syrup is chosen for it’s immune boosting benefits and include organic cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, zinc, and lemon peel. Ingredients:

1/3 cup Cough Syrup

1 ½ cups Organic Frozen Berries

1 ½ cups Green Tea

1/3 cup Sparkling Water or Plain Greek Yogurt (optional*)

Popsicle Molds

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds. Let freeze for 2-3 hours and watch you and/or your kids enjoy their healthy, immune boosting treat!
