Concerns are rising around how secure America’s government agencies are after a new Senate report found the average cybersecurity score of federal agencies is only a C-minus. This comes as a group of landlords and real estate companies are suing over the Biden administration’s new eviction moratorium. Attorneys for the plaintiffs filed an emergency application Wednesday night, calling the policy unlawful.

Questions of legality surround vaccine passports, while New York’s Excelsior app is plagued by glitches. But it can be easily thwarted by a data entry mistake at a vaccine clinic, such as a misspelled name or a typo in a birthdate. It also comes with a hefty price tag. This comes as Boston’s mayor compares it with slavery.

A Republican senator introduced a bill that would require voter ID in any state that creates a vaccine passport system. North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer says that if states can ask people to prove their vaccine status, they should be able to ask people for their ID when they vote.
