In just over 20 days since assuming office, Trump has taken a series of actions that affect the global expansion of the Chinese communist regime and its authoritarian leader, observed Yuan Hongbing, a renowned Chinese dissident and leading pro-democracy figure who maintains communications inside China’s top political circles.

One of the fundamental goals of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) global strategy is to gradually seize power and establish international dominance, Yuan said.

“Since [CCP leader] Xi Jinping reached the peak of power, he has been strengthening the infiltration of various international organizations,” Yuan said on his YouTube program on Feb. 7.

Yuan said the World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol), and others “have all, to varying degrees, become agents, spokespersons, and affiliated organizations of the CCP, serving as pillars supporting the CCP’s efforts to reconstruct the international order according to its will.”

The China expert praised Trump’s swift action to withdraw from the WHO and the UNHRC, as well as ordering a review of the U.N. cultural agency UNESCO.
“This is a strong countermeasure and a wake-up call against the CCP’s attempt to control and establish power over the international order, while also demonstrating the United States’ resolve to rebuild the international order in the name of freedom and philosophy,” Yuan said.

Confronting Authoritarian Countries

Forming an alliance with Russia, Iran, North Korea, and Pakistan is a key part of the CCP’s global expansion strategy and a major obstacle to preventing Make America Great Again (MAGA), according to Yuan.

“Therefore, dismantling this evil alliance is essential to Trump’s vision of creating the U.S. golden age,” he said.

Trump’s point of entry to dismantle the new alliance is in the Middle East, Yuan noted.

“Under the Trump effect, the situation in Syria dramatically changed, and the Assad regime, once an ally of the CCP, Russia, and Iran, collapsed. The Lebanese Hezbollah was destroyed with Israeli strikes, causing its system to shrink. Hamas, in turn, knelt before Trump’s willful threats. Iran, faced with Trump’s resolute determination, has shifted from a snarling wolf into a pet cat throwing a few tantrums, now seeking adoption by the U.S.,” he said.
“The CCP’s invisible hand, which once tightly held the curved knife in its game with the U.S. in the Middle East, is now weakening. As the resistance fades into dust, the de facto alliance between the CCP and Iran is on the verge of disintegration, and its collapse is imminent.”

Countering CCP Military Strategies

Stationed at its doorstep, seeking the advantage of geography and timing, Xi Jinping’s strategic response has always been to engage in a decisive battle with the U.S. in the Taiwan Strait, observed Yuan, who had direct contact with Xi in 1980s.

“To this end, the CCP’s military has already begun a global strategy, attempting to control the world’s most strategically significant maritime passages,” he said.

“According to Xi Jinping’s decisions, the CCP’s military is advancing the militarization of the South China Sea islands to control the maritime route between the Pacific and Indian Oceans. Meanwhile, the CCP’s military has also established bases in the Middle East, working in tandem with Iran to gain a geographic advantage in controlling the Red Sea passage.”
Another weapon of the CCP’s military is its use of Hong Kong and Chinese companies, which are under strict CCP control and receive significant funding, to infiltrate Panama’s society under the guise of the Belt and Road Initiative.

“This allows them to control the entrances and exits of the Panama Canal, effectively controlling the strategically significant maritime passage between the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans,” said Yuan.

“One of Trump’s most important diplomatic moves after taking office was to declare that it was unacceptable for Panama’s authorities to hand over control of the canal to the CCP, stating that the U.S. would resolve the issue, even if it meant using force.

“Meanwhile, the powerful energy released by the strengthened alliance between the United States and Israel under Trump has made Iran take notice, showing clear signs of weakness and a desire to reconcile with the U.S., distancing itself from the CCP. The CCP’s attempt to control the Red Sea export routes will ultimately come to nothing, a futile dream,” he added.

Another CCP military strategy is the Arctic strategy, which Xi directed to be formalized at the start of his leadership.

“The primary task of the Arctic strategy, personally deployed by Xi Jinping, is to establish predetermined launch positions for the CCP’s strategic nuclear submarines in the Arctic region, enabling them to launch nuclear missiles at the United States. Additionally, the CCP has requested that Russia provide necessary assistance to complete this mission,” Yuan said.

“The CCP’s military also uses economic united front tactics to infiltrate Greenland, establishing so-called research and observation stations on the island, which are effectively under the absolute control of the CCP’s military, providing support for the implementation of the CCP’s Arctic strategy.
Trump has expressed a strong resolve to acquire Greenland during his presidency.

Yuan believes that if the United States were to achieve control over Greenland, it could deliver a major blow to the CCP’s Arctic strategy and eliminate a significant obstacle to a potential nuclear missile attack from the CCP during a confrontation.

“Recently, from the Danish Prime Minister’s willingness to cooperate with the U.S., we can infer that, at the very least, the U.S. military’s strengthened presence in Greenland, alongside the gradual expulsion of the CCP’s influence and penetration, has now become an inevitable course of action,” he said.

Deporting Illegal Immigrants

In the field of immigration, Yuan highlighted the CCP military’s conspiracy to infiltrate the United States, which has been ongoing since the beginning of Xi’s leadership in 2015.
“This conspiracy involves legally or illegally bringing immigrants into the U.S., who have been politically and militarily trained and tasked with long-term infiltration,” he said.

“If a strategically decisive war breaks out between the CCP and the U.S., these immigrants will receive instructions to carry out guerrilla attacks on key political, economic, and military strategic points in the U.S.”

The China expert praised Trump’s firm resolve to order the expulsion of illegal immigrants and the investigation of individuals who had fraudulently obtained citizenship or permanent residency.

“This measure by Trump will undoubtedly deal a fatal blow to the CCP military’s malicious strategic conspiracy to launch an internal attack on the U.S. in the event of war,” he said.

Tackling Fentanyl

By using state-sponsored companies to produce precursor chemicals, which are the source of fentanyl drugs, the CCP also plays a part in producing fentanyl, a major societal crisis currently poisoning the United States.

Despite calls from the U.S. for the CCP to ban fentanyl precursor chemicals, the CCP has consistently turned a deaf ear, either ignoring or superficially responding to U.S. demands, while actually accelerating the production of fentanyl precursors.

Yuan said the CCP has repeatedly disregarded U.S. demands to help ban fentanyl precursor chemicals.

“When Western powers forced open China’s doors during the Opium Wars, they harmed the Chinese people. Now, the West suffers from drugs as part of the retribution and inevitable shift in the global order, from East rising to West declining,” he said.

“Due to Xi’s directives, CCP-affiliated companies continue to produce and export fentanyl precursor chemicals for huge profits without fear of reprisal.”

Trump has also announced higher tariffs on Canada, Mexico, and China, aiming to block fentanyl from entering the U.S.

“Now, Canada and Mexico have already compromised with Trump [to avoid the tariffs]. As the tide recedes, only Xi Jinping remains, standing alone on the beach, exposing the CCP’s ugly nature and revealing the CCP regime as a modern-day fentanyl producer poisoning humanity.”

Yuan noted that within just twenty days of Trump’s return to the White House, international politics have already been rocked by turmoil.

“It’s clear that Trump has already initiated the opening moves of a duel with Xi Jinping,” he said. “Once the ceasefire in the Russia-Europe conflict, led by Trump’s will, is achieved, the international community will gradually lift economic sanctions on Russia. This will inevitably reduce Russia’s dependence on the CCP.”

“When that moment arrives, it will mark the time when Trump draws his sword and confronts Xi Jinping.”
