Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher might break up soon because Fisher isn’t helping his pregnant wife out.

Underwood, 31, revealed last month that she’s pregnant with Fisher, 34, a hockey player.

“It’s still kind of weird to be honest,” Underwood told NBC recently.

“Sometimes I‘ll be with my husband and I’ll be like, ‘I’m going to be a mom and you’re going to be a dad. Is this real life?’ But we’re really excited.”

But a new tabloid report says that things aren’t going very well recently.

“The dad-to-be isn’t making enough of an effort to alleviate some of her responsibilities. The gorgeous country singer and the Nashville Predators star, who wed in July 2010, have been bickering over Mike not pitching in with household duties,” Star Magazine says in its upcoming November 3rd edition.

“Carrie has always done the cooking, cleaning, and laundry. But, it has been harder for her to keep up since she got pregnant,” a source told the magazine.

“She gets bouts of morning sickness and is tired a lot of the time. Carrie constantly asks Mike to help out more, but he is oblivious to it. It’s gotten to the point where she is starting to resent him, and the stress isn’t good for the baby.”

The report has led to speculation that the tension may cause a divorce, although no other reports with evidence have emerged as of yet.

And on the outside, Underwood is all positive about the child.

“I’ve been really lucky in my symptoms so far,” she told CMT. “I feel really good!”

And she said that she and Fisher recently took  a trip to Babies R Us.

“We were like walking around and I was like, ‘This is just so overwhelming!’” she said. “I just don’t want to get the wrong things and I don’t know what most of it does. There’s, like, 5,000 different things to choose from.”

Also, Underwood said during an interview on America’s Morning Show that she and Fisher are keeping the due date private.

“There’s very few things in our world that you can kind of keep for yourselves,” she said.
