The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County dropped one-tenth of a cent June 20 to $4.795.
The average price has dropped 52.1 cents over the past 45 days, including 1 cent Wednesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
It is 4.4 cents less than one week ago, 37.5 cents less than one month ago, 13.6 cents less than one year ago, and has dropped $1.699 since rising to a record $6.494 on Oct. 5, 2022.
The Orange County average price rose two-tenths of a cent to $4.683, a day after it was unchanged.
It has dropped 47.1 cents over the past 38 days. It is 4 cents less than one week ago, 39.5 cents less than one month ago, 17.5 cents less than one year ago, and has dropped $1.776 since rising to a record $6.459 on Oct. 5, 2022.
The national average price rose six-tenths of a cent to $3.455, a day after it dropped nine-tenths of a cent.
It is a half-cent less than one week ago, 13.5 cents less than one month ago, 12.2 cents less than one year ago, and has dropped $1.561 since rising to a record $5.016 on June 14, 2022.
