Over the next few months, we’re going to sit down with many public servants in California to understand them better. We face a lot of issues in California, and we want to highlight the people working on these problems.
Siyamak sits down with Senator Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh, who represents California’s Senate District 23, which covers portions of Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles Counties. Before being elected to the California State Senate in 2020, she served as a teacher and realtor. Ochoa Bogh was also a trustee for the Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District. She is the first Republican Latina state senator in California’s history.
