Steve’s guest this week is Yvette Corkrean, a registered nurse from San Francisco.  She talks about California’s transgender movement, which is getting more and more attention, from controversial bills to becoming a billion dollar industry virtually overnight via sex “re-affirming” operations, hormone blockers as well as medication.  She shares the story of how this is affecting children’s lives in California and around the nation.

“Our children are being over sexualized, abused, confused ... and then pushed along this narrative.  Now, when children cannot drive a car, buy cigarettes, vote in elections, fight in the military, get a tattoo,  why are they being allowed to self diagnose, choose their treatment - some of these children are not even being seen in person - and they are receiving their hormone therapy on appointment # 1.  They are being chemically castrated ... that is cruel, that is child abuse”.

Asked why this is happening, Yvette replies “it is taught in schools, as a matter of fact it is forces upon everybody, in the school, in the workplace, starting with pronouns.  It is also the government and the medical industry.  Each child is worth $1.5M to the medical industry when they start manipulating their hormones, either with hormone blockers, cross-sex hormones or surgeries.  Once you start to manipulate your hormones, you are medicalized for life”.

Join us as we explore the consequences of a movement that is changing the shape of our society in many ways.
