This dark chocolate avocado mousse is a dessert not to be missed. Prepared with avocado as a healthy base and dark chocolate, cocoa powder, agave syrup, and vanilla extract, it is creamy, rich, and smooth. For those with dietary concerns, this is completely gluten-free and dairy-free.

Ingredients:
4 oz dark chocolate (vegan), chopped2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate over low heat. Once melted, remove it from the heat.
- In the bowl of a food processor, add the avocados, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut cream, agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend the mixture until it is smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed, about 4 minutes in total.
- Serve immediately.
