Xiang “Billy” He has been identified as the missing Bensalem man that rescue crews ares searching the Delaware River on Wednesday for.
He, 38, went missing on Tuesday and was reported missing on Wednesday.
Investigators found his vehicle at the boat dock on River Road in the Torresdale Manor neighborhood but his kayak couldn’t be found, reported ABC.
