NEW YORK—At a Workshop held on Wednesday, nearly 200 seniors at the Northeast Bronx Senior Center were joined by Sen. Jeff Klein (D-Bronx/Westchester) and representatives from the offices of Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and Attorney General Andrew Cuomo to learn about fraud prevention.

The panel of experts exposed some common fraud practices through real stories, methods of preventing fraud, and help options available for fraud victims.

By the end of the session, each senior received a pamphlet that includes vital information regarding fraud protection and prevention.
