A young mother was attacked by a group of three people outside NorthPark Center mall in Dallas, Texas.
Brittany Arterberry said two of the suspects yelled at her to give up her purse, then pepper-sprayed her.
When she fought back, they tried throwing her into the back of their vehicle.
But her husband raced over and was able to grab her leg and pull her out just before the suspects took off in their grey older model Buick, reported Fox4.
“By the end of the altercation, my hair was ripped out in pieces on the ground. I was able to finally choke out ‘help’ and my husband was able to get out of the car and tried to get the attackers off of me but was only able to take one to the ground,” Arterberry said.
A witness, who helped scare the attackers off by pulling out a pocket knife, told police that all three suspects were African American. The two men and one woman all wore sweats and hoodies which obscured their faces.
The suspects were described as follows, WFAA reported:
--Black male in his mid-30s, 6'2” and 200 pounds; he was wearing a gray hoodie and gray sweatpants with red on them
--Black male in his mid-20s, 5'10” and 160-170 pounds
--Black female in her mid-20s, thin and wearing clothes with a burnt orange or red stripe on them
