Never underestimate the lyrical feelings generated by Google Translator. According to it, “Welcome to the Party, this should be special billion” is what the lyrics of the chorus (“Hello, from the other side”) really mean.

After translating the song into languages like Korean, Uzbek, Macedonian, or Japanese, and then back to English, YouTuber Malinda Kathleen Reese got a pretty impressive Adele adaptation.
