Legendary California chain—Umami Burger—will open its first NYC location in Greenwich village on July 29, according to the Gothamist.
Umami will serve an exotic selection of burgers—from duck burger, truffle burger, to tuna burger—ranging from $10 to $15.
The duck burger and French-dip sandwich will be sold exclusively in New York. Sides include Tempura onion rings ($4.50) sides, Cheesy Tots ($4.50) and Sweet Potato Fries ($4).
The 128-seat two-story restaurant has a full bar as well as waiter service.
