Gavin Heffernan got a ROOMBA robot vacuum cleaner, and it not only cleaned his floor, it also gave him artistic inspiration.
In this video, which Heffernan calls “ROOMBACALYPSE,” the little robot creates a suitably psychedelic scene with a futuristic feel.
Heffernan wrote in a caption that accompanies the video: “I decided to try and attach different lights to the top and shoot some timelapses. I then ”stacked“ the images the same way I would create star trails, using STARSTAX. The result was a psychedelic look that I had a lot of fun with!”
