According to the latest National Survey on Drug Use and Health which was reported by the Washington Post, neither Colorado nor Washington are America’s marijuana capitals. Surprisingly, the tiny state of Rhode Island is where you'll find highest percentage of people who smoke marijuana regularly in the US. Even though Colorado became the first state to legalize marijuana, one out of every eight Rhode Islanders over the age of 12 lights up on a monthly basis. 12.97 percent of people in Alaska smoke marijuana regularly, placing it a close second while Vermont rounds off the top three weed hotspots with 12.86 percent.
