Of course, you don’t have to travel to one of these locations for the perfect romantic getaway. You could also draw inspiration from one of these cities and use it to inspire a room makeover, or even a candlelight dinner. No matter which option you choose, these cities are sure to provide plenty of inspiration for the romantic at heart.
London
London ranks as one of the top romantic cities in Europe. With beautiful city parks, exotic nightlife, and top star restaurants and hotels, London is bound to please. London is steeped in a long and unbelievable history, which has resulted in a number of famed landmarks and sites that are worth a visit.
Paris
Known as the City of Love, it would be impossible not to include Paris on the list –and what’s not to love about Paris? From scenic strolls in the beautiful parks, to coffee in one of the city’s quaint cafés, to a stroll along the River Seine, or in one of Paris’ picturesque neighborhoods, there are plenty of romantic escapes to be had in this city. And of course, let’s not forget about the Eiffel Tower, especially beautiful at night.
New York
New York often tops the list of most romantic cities. If you’re looking for relaxation or excitement –New York has it all. Take a walk or rent a paddleboat in Central Park, or catch a performance at the New York City Ballet or the Metropolitan Opera. With plenty of exciting things to do and see, New York is the ideal location for falling in love all over again.
Honolulu
Honolulu is the perfect place for honeymooners or couples who are looking for a romantic escape –and it’s easy to see why. Traditional Hawaiian dinners and sunset walks on the beach, or exciting snorkeling adventures, horseback riding, hiking, sailing, or swimming with dolphins –there really is something for everyone.
