The Thanksgiving weather for Atlanta is forecast to be dry and cold, but rain is supposed to fall through Wednesday night.
The storm system that moved through the western U.S. hit Atlanta on Monday afternoon, bringing rain and possible minor flooding.
A flood watch has been issued from Louisiana to Mississippi and Georgia including Jackson, Miss. and Atlanta, due to the heavy rain forecast for Monday night and Tuesday, reported ABC.
The heaviest of the rain is expected on Tuesday, especially in the morning, reported AccuWeather.
The temperatures through Thanksgiving Day are expected to be in the 40s.
