The second part of Teen Wolf’s season three will begin after a hiatus--with 12 more episodes coming this season.
The MTV show will premiere at 10 p.m. ET on Monday.
E! Online interviewed Tyler Posey, who plays Scott, and Dylan O'Brien, who plays Stiles.
“We always try to amp up the darkness and the scary level on Teen Wolf…this one is a little more methodical and slower, which makes it that much more creepy,” Posey said. “There’s not so much happening, it’s not so confusing. It focuses on a few main things and that element alone makes it creepy, the slowness of it. It’s definitely scary.”
Actress Crystal Reed said that the coming season is a bit darker than previous installments.
“It’s been darker than any of the other seasons in that way. It’s more about how do we save our friend’s life. It’s a really, really serious problem and it feels like at any second they could die.” Gulp! Start your prayer circles now, people!” she said, adding: ““It’s been darker than any of the other seasons in that way. It’s more about how do we save our friend’s life. In another interview with EW.com, Posey added that the show is “back to the pace” of the first season.
“There are obviously some huge things that we’ve never done on ‘Teen Wolf’ that we’re doing this season, so it’s going to be crazier, but it’s a lot slower, which adds this very creepy, horror film-ish element to the show. It’s going to be really fun to watch. It’s by far going to be the most intense, unforgettable season ever. So far,” he said.
