Sylvester Stallone hasn’t died in a swowboard accident or in a car crash, but users were spreading a link on social media websites saying otherwise.
One of the hoaxes is being spread via Global Associated News, a website that uses a template to generate fake celebrity death articles.
At the bottom of each webpage, the site says: “FAKE... THIS STORY IS 100% FAKE! this is an entertainment website, and this is a totally fake article based on zero truth and is a complete work of fiction for entertainment purposes! this story was dynamically generated using a generic ’template‘ and is not factual. Any reference to specific individuals has been 100% fabricated by web site visitors who have created fake stories by entering a name into a blank ’non-specific' template for the purpose of entertainment. For sub-domain info, name removal requests and additional use restrictions: FakeAWish.com.”
In real news, Stallone apparently wants to make a “Rambo V.”
He told Vulture a few days ago that he’s already training for the movie.
“I’m getting ready for that,” he told the website. “I’m starting to work out. I’m going to be appropriately vicious and all that stuff, but intellectual. A killer with a heart ... Smart, yet stupid. Tall, yet short. Broad, but thin. You know what I mean. We’re going to try to cover all the boundaries.”
