Sultan Kosen, the world’s tallest man, has gotten married to Merve Dibo in Turkey.

Kosen stands 8'3", about two-and-a-half feet taller than Dibo.

They were married on Sunday in Mardin, reported Standard Digital.

Kosen had given up hope finding a wife but regained it when he met Dibo.

“Now I will have my own family and private life,” he said. “How unfortunate I could not find a suitable girl of my own size. My fiancee is over 1.75 meters tall, but I believe I’ve found the person for me.”

Kosen’s wedding suit and shoes were custom made.

He is believed to be one of only 10 people to ever top eight feet.

His rare condition is caused by the pituitary gigantism, which causes the body to keep producing the growth hormone.
